Alan Tay

Alan Tay possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, having held various managerial positions across multiple organizations since 1997. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at CDI Products since December 2017, Alan oversees four operational departments, including planning and procurement. Previously, Alan was Operations Manager at Energy Pipeline Services Pte Ltd, where responsibilities included managing operations in the Singapore plant and assisting the Malaysia plant. Other roles include Operations Manager at John Crane, where project management and procurement were key functions, and managing manufacturing processes at Hunting and MMI Systems Pte Ltd. Alan's early experience includes production management at Singapore Aerospace mfg and manufacturing process engineering at Hamilton Sundstrand. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Production Technology from the German Singapore Institution.
