Hoang Phan possesses extensive experience in investment banking and business development, currently working in investment banking at CDI Global M&A since 2020, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and joint venture formation. Simultaneously, Hoang Phan is involved in TGF, a joint venture between TGM and Fujikanko Kaihatsu, and founded the HOA BIA FESTIVAL, the first licensed craft beer festival in Ho Chi Minh City, which showcased over 20 craft breweries and attracted significant attendance.
