Luke Kempen is currently the Conversational AI Practice Lead at CDI Services. Prior to that role, Luke worked as the Manager Applied Intelligence at Accenture from February 2019 to February 2023, and as a Managing Consultant at IBM from September 2015 to December 2018. Luke has a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering Systems from the same university. In addition, Luke has experience as a Research Assistant in the Biomechanical Engineering Research Group and as a Tutor in Human Impact and Forensic Biomechanics at the University of Melbourne.
