Adi Brenner

Adi Brenner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and distressed debt investments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CDIB Capital International Corporation, Brenner is responsible for sourcing and underwriting direct private equity and special situations investments. Previous roles include Vice President at CDIB, Investment Professional at various consulting clients including Eden Capital and Turning Rock Partners, and Senior Associate at Platinum Equity. Brenner possesses a strong educational background with an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
