Dan Flynn

Dan Flynn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and transformation roles across various industries. Currently serving as EVP & Chief Transformation Officer at CDK Global since July 2022, Flynn's previous experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Global Rental & Used at Caterpillar Inc. from September 2019 to July 2022, and multiple roles at Hertz from 1993 to 2015, culminating in a Senior Vice President position focusing on North American Operations. Throughout Flynn’s career, notable achievements include leading operational transformations, implementing Six Sigma initiatives, and driving substantial revenue growth. Flynn holds a Bachelor's degree in History and is currently pursuing an MBA at Western Connecticut State University.
