Jessica Jerwa

Jessica Jerwa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process improvement, information management, and public affairs. As the owner of J Works Consulting, LLC since July 2020, Jessica focuses on organizational reputation management and leadership coaching. At CDK Global since January 2012, Jessica serves as an Information Management Specialist and SharePoint Administrator, managing nearly 40 SharePoint server assets while performing server maintenance and customer training. Jessica is actively involved as a volunteer member of the Air Force Association’s Air Power Advocates and has held various leadership roles within the Civil Air Patrol. In addition to a freelance writing role with Work of Honor™ and advisory contributions to the Center of Excellence for Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing, Jessica has a solid foundation in IT support gained from previous positions at GSA and Catapult Technology. Jessica holds several certifications in Microsoft SharePoint and a diploma in General Studies from Toledo High School.
