Tanja Martinez Vazquez

Tanja Martinez Vazquez is an experienced consultant and founder with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and education. Currently serving as a consultant at LIW - Leadership since December 2016, Tanja also collaborates with WE ARE NATURE as an instructor and works as a Process Specialist and Project Manager at Affectum ApS, focusing on the implementation of VækstKULTUR®. As the founder and owner of Ledelse Med Vilje, Tanja is dedicated to creating energy and surplus within organizations. Tanja's extensive experience includes roles as a leadership trainer and coach at CDK Global, as well as freelancing in various capacities since 2006. Tanja holds multiple degrees from renowned institutions, including a Cand Merc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and certifications in psychotherapy and coaching.
