Lea Terzakis

Lea Terzakis is the founder, coach, and facilitator at LT Coaching, LLC, where emphasis is placed on helping individuals and groups achieve their purpose through courageous authenticity and resilience. Additionally, Lea serves as a leadership development trainer and coach at Eager Labs, conducting virtual workshops for global audiences and tailoring community learning offers. As the business manager of My Corner Office, a coworking space in Chicago, strategic organizational skills are applied. Previous experience includes roles at Northwestern University as a Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Practitioner and at Allstate in various HR-related positions, where leadership development and talent management were key responsibilities. Lea holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Miami University.
