Valentina Falcone is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee development. Currently employed at CDLAN as part of the People Care team since January 2023, Valentina promotes a self-management organizational model rooted in collaboration, trust, and innovation. Prior to this role, Valentina served as HR Manager at Techbau S.p.A. from April 2019 to January 2023, managing recruitment, training, personnel administration, and HR process design.
