Amer Sher

Amer Sher is an experienced engineer with a strong background in construction project management and engineering services, particularly for USAID and other international development organizations. Currently serving as an Engineer at CDM Smith since July 2021, Amer oversees Monitoring and Evaluation Services for various infrastructure projects, including schools and water supply schemes. Prior roles include Project Control Engineer at AGES Engineering Consultant, Scheduling Engineer at Techno-Consult International, and District Manager at IMC Worldwide, with responsibilities spanning multiple sectors such as irrigation, municipal services, and disaster management. Amer holds a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
