Doug Youngblood

Doug Youngblood serves as the Water Services Group Regional Team Leader at CDM Smith since February 2005, overseeing staff across offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul. In this role, Doug manages a range of projects related to conveyance, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and asset management. Prior to this, Doug held the position of Graduate Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from January 2003 to February 2005, where responsibilities included teacher assistant services and program development for an outreach initiative. Doug also interned at the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality's Pollution Remediation Department from January 2002 to January 2003, focusing on permit review and ArcGIS spatial analysis. Doug holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
