Nancy Oliver has extensive experience in learning and instructional design, organizational development, and training. Nancy is currently working as the Lead Learning and Instructional Design Specialist at CDM Smith. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Organizational Development and Learning at Tufts Medical Center, where they led corporate organizational development and learning efforts. Nancy also has experience as a Principal/Training Consultant at Oliver Associates, where they provided learning and organizational development consulting services to small and medium-sized companies. Nancy has also worked as a Learning & OD Consultant at Tufts Health Plan, a Corporate Trainer at NECX, a Manager of Training and Development at Tufts Health Plan, and a Training Specialist at ISI Systems, Inc. Throughout their career, Nancy has developed and implemented leadership development programs, facilitated engagement initiatives, and conducted surveys to assess employee satisfaction. Nancy has also designed and delivered a variety of training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
Nancy Oliver has a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Salem State University. Nancy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in French and Astronomy from Wheaton College Massachusetts. Additionally, Nancy has obtained several certifications including Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Organizational Climate, Predictive Index, and SHRM-SCP. The institutions they obtained these certifications from include Korn Ferry Hay Group, Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc., and The Predictive Index.
