Partha Debnath

Partha Debnath is an experienced professional in the field of wastewater management and project execution, currently serving as a Senior Project Expert at CDM Smith, focusing on managing wastewater projects for the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) since November 2024. Prior to this role, Partha held positions including Senior Project Manager at KEO International Consultants and Project Manager for sewage treatment projects at Haya Water, where significant achievements included the completion of an 80,000 m³/day Sewage Treatment Plant at A'Seeb and the ongoing management of an 18,000 m³/day plant utilizing advanced technologies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Project Manager at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, where Partha led the commissioning of the world's largest MBR-based sewage treatment plant, and significant roles at VA TECH WABAG and Ion Exchange India Ltd. Partha holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
