Shayne Malpass has extensive experience in civil design, having served as Civil Design Regional Coordinator and Squad Leader at CDM Smith since May 2008. Prior to this role, Shayne worked as CAD Manager and Civil Designer at Waggoner Engineering from February 2001 to 2008, where responsibilities included designing sanitary sewer systems, water transmission lines, topographical maps, and various infrastructure projects. Proficient in tools such as Autodesk and Adobe Photoshop, Shayne has a solid educational background with studies at MGCCC Jeff Davis, Mississippi State University, and Biloxi High.
