Tuti Soepardjo

Tuti Soepardjo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and development, particularly in anti-corruption and justice sector reforms. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Party at DevTech Systems, Inc. since February 2021, Tuti previously held significant roles at Management Systems International, Asian Development Bank, and Winrock International, including Senior Project Advisor and Country Director. With a solid background in overseeing USAID-funded projects, Tuti has contributed to initiatives aimed at enhancing accountability and performance in the justice system. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Environment from the University of Indonesia and advanced studies in Public Administration at Universitas Terbuka Jakarta.
