Noel Sebastian Lim Jenq Ning has gained work experience in various roles and companies. In 2019, they worked as a Junior SAP Security Consultant at Turnkey Consulting from April to June. Later in the same year, they joined PRESOFT (M) SDN. BHD. where they served as a Sales Consultant from November 2019 to February 2020, and as a Technical Support Consultant from February to March 2020. In 2020, they joined CDNetworks as a Customer Support Engineer starting in May, and their employment there is ongoing.

Lim Jenq Ning Noel Sebastian attended the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bsc(Hons) in Information Technology with Specialism in Forensic Computing. In December 2018, they obtained the Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate from ISACA and also completed the NxFORCE Cybersecurity Development Programme offered by LGMS - LE Global Services Sdn Bhd. Additionally, in January 2010, they were appointed as a Cadet Reporter of Chahaya Weekly, Sin Chew Daily.
