James Lagios

James Lagios has extensive work experience in various legal roles. James currently serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at CDPHP since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Legal Counsel at the same company from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining CDPHP, Lagios worked as a Partner at Rivkin Radler LLP from July 2017 to June 2021. James also gained significant experience at Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde, LLP, where they served as a Partner from January 2008 to July 2017 and as an Associate from January 2001 to January 2008.

Lagios began their legal career as a Confidential Law Clerk to Judge Albert M. Rosenblatt, Ret. at the New York State Court of Appeals from January 1999 to January 2001. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP from August 1996 to January 1999.

Lagios started their professional journey at Amtrak, where they worked as a Ticket Clerk / Baggage Agent from February 1987 to August 1993.

James Lagios attended Albany Law School from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Doctor of Law (J.D.). Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting at SUNY New Paltz, though the exact start and end years for this degree are not provided.
