Lori Cammett

Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations at CDPHP

Lori (Pellegrino) Cammett started their career in 1996 as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Matthew Bender Legal Publishing. Lori then worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Ace Hardware Retail Distribution Center in 2000. In 2001, they joined Goulston & Storrs, P.C. as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. From 2004 to 2009, Lori served as the HR Manager - Benefits & Compensation at the Center for Disability Services. Most recently, they have been working at CDPHP since 2009, starting as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations and eventually becoming the Vice President in the same department.

Lori (Pellegrino) Cammett, MBA, PHR attended The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School from 1997 to 2000, where they earned their MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1991 to 1995. Lori obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management during this time.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lori has also obtained certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Lori earned their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2015. Lori holds multiple SHRM-CP certifications, both of which were obtained in December 2015.
