Kelly Sanford

Kelly Sanford's work experience begins in 1997 at Fingerhut, where they held the role of Sr. Manager of Compensation overseeing all aspects of compensation. Kelly then moved on to Xcel Energy in 2002 as Director of Total Rewards, responsible for overseeing various aspects of rewards and benefits. In 2006, they joined St. Jude Medical as Sr. Director of Human Resources, managing HR functions and executive compensation. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Leader of Total Rewards and Executive Compensation at St. Jude Medical. In 2017, they joined Polaris Industries as Vice President of Total Rewards, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are working at Thrivent as Sr. Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations.

Kelly Sanford holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wyoming.
