Deputy Director, Contract Management - REM Project at CDPQ Infra

Mathieu Bader, B.Eng, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Mathieu is currently the Deputy Director of Contract Management for the REM Project at CDPQ Infra. Previously, they worked as a Senior Advisor for Contract Management and Procurement at Aéroports de Montréal, where they supervised the Request for Proposal process and provided contractual and commercial inputs. Prior to that, Mathieu was a Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, where they acted as an Independent Certifier for the redevelopment of CHUM Hospital. Mathieu also has experience as a Contract Administrator and Technical Engineering Coordinator at Bechtel Mining & Metals, and as an Engineering Intern at Bombardier Aerospace. Mathieu's expertise lies in contract management, project management, and engineering.

Mathieu Bader obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their D.E.C. in Sciences at CEGEP - John Abbott College from 2006 to 2008. In 2018, Mathieu enrolled at HEC Montréal and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Mathieu Bader holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in February 2018 from PMI-Montreal and a certification in Health and General Safety on Construction Sites obtained in October 2015 from ASP Construction.
