Michael G. Babiarz

Mr. Babiarz has been with the Firm for 30 years and specializes in structuring complex financings and managing the Firm’s relationships with debt providers. He has played a key role in all of CD&R’s investments during his tenure, including AssuraMed, Atkore, B&M Retail, BCA, Brand Industrial Services, David’s Bridal, Diversey, Envision Healthcare, Healogics, Hertz, High Ridge Brands, Hussmann, Kalle Group, Mauser Group, Cornerstone Building Brands, PharMEDium, Rexel, Sally Beauty, ServiceMaster, SiteOne Landscape Supply, Solenis, SPIE, Tranzact, TruGreen, Univar, US Foods, and Wilsonart. Previously, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc.
