Wole Aina

Wole Aina is an experienced engineer currently serving as an ILS/IPS Engineer at CDS Defence & Security since August 2023, focusing on Integrated Logistics and Product Support engineering within Defence projects. Prior to this, Wole managed aeromedical equipment support at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, ensuring compliance with Industrial and Defence standards. Wole's background includes roles at Airbus as a Materials and Process Engineer, and consulting positions at Altran and Rolls-Royce, where significant contributions were made to MRO process improvement and lifecycle cost reduction for defence engines. Wole began a career in engineering at Jaguar Land Rover, analyzing vehicle dynamics and standardizing technical drawings. Wole holds a BEng in Aerospace Technology and a Master's Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering from Coventry University, along with A-Levels in Engineering from Kingston College.
