Marlana Pruitt

Marlana Pruitt has over two decades of customer service and management experience. Currently serving as a Customer Service representative at CDS Publications since February 2003, Marlana acts as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and leveraging an understanding of customer needs to enhance service quality and develop solutions. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Store Manager at Party Place in Medford from December 2001 to February 2003, where responsibilities encompassed daily store operations, reservations, cash handling, and customer service. Additionally, Marlana held the position of Store Manager at Vista Optical in Idaho from October 2000 to October 2001. Marlana completed education at Phoenix High School, graduating in 1996.
