Luca MacKe

Luca Macke is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Strategy and Planning at CDU Deutschlands, based at the Konrad-Adenauer-Haus, while also acting as the Personal Advisor to the CDU Party Chairman, Friedrich Merz, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Luca Macke worked as a Press Secretary and Family Policy Advisor for Dorothee Bär at the German Bundestag from December 2021 to August 2022, and as a Personal Advisor to Dorothee Bär from February to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate for both Dorothee Bär and Dr. Ursula von der Leyen at the German Bundestag, and as a Student Assistant for the CDU/CSU Bundestag Group's European Affairs Committee from February 2016 to December 2017.
