David Winnington

David Winnington currently serves as the Head of UK Learning & Development at CDW, a position held since April 2022. With extensive experience in the learning and development sector, David has previously worked at SHI International Corp. in various managerial roles focused on training development and delivery from August 2015 to April 2022. Prior experiences include serving as Learning and Development Project Manager at Network Rail, Learning & Development Manager and Trainer at City Link, and several roles at Novacroft Ltd, including Trainer and Contact Centre Manager. David began a career in the fitness industry as a Membership Sales Advisor at LA Fitness. Academically, David holds a BA Hons in Sports Management from the University of Northampton and A-Levels in Art and English Literature from Aylesford School - Warwick.
