David Winnington

David Winnington has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of UK Learning & Development at CDW since April 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Training Development & Delivery and Manager of Learning & Development at SHI International Corp. from August 2015 to April 2022. David also held the position of Learning and Development Project Manager at Network Rail for a brief period in 2014, and served as Learning & Development Manager and Trainer at City Link from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in his career, David worked at Novacroft Ltd in various roles including Trainer and Contact Centre Manager. Academically, David holds a BA Hons in Sports Management from the University of Northampton and A-Levels in Art and English Literature from Aylesford School - Warwick.
