Pete Johnson

Pete Johnson currently serves as the Artificial Intelligence Field CTO at CDW, leading the Digital Velocity AI Practice and the AI Center of Excellence. With a background in technology strategy and presales, Pete has held significant positions that focus on AI implementation and cross-division collaboration within CDW. Prior to CDW, Pete worked at Cisco in various roles including Principal Architect and Principal Systems Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from developing educational opportunities in programmability to enhancing cloud adoption strategies. Pete's extensive experience spans several organizations, including CliQr Technologies and Hewlett-Packard, where contributions included product evangelism, cloud strategy implementation, and engineering team leadership, showcasing a strong proficiency in AI, cloud services, and system architecture. Pete holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from UC San Diego.
