Shane Meredith

Shane Meredith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards and executive compensation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards & Coworker Experience at CDW since August 2021, Shane previously held significant roles at Charles Schwab, including Interim Head of Total Rewards and Vice President of Executive Compensation. Prior work includes serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Executive & Strategic Compensation at Northern Trust Corporation, Senior Consultant at Meridian Compensation Partners, and Senior Consultant at The Delves Group. Shane began a career in analytical roles at Analysis Group and Fox-Pitt, Kelton, complemented by early experience in event coordination and as a kayak guide. An MBA holder from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Shane also earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and studied at the University of Oxford.
