Tammy Irwin

Director Customer Experience

Tammy Irwin has over three decades of experience in various roles at CDW, where employment began in November 1989 and currently serves as Director of Customer Experience. Previous positions at CDW include Director of Central Distribution, Senior Manager of Outbound and Inbound Operations, and several management roles in operations and vendor returns. Prior to CDW, Tammy worked as a Bid Specialist at the Illinois Department of Transportation for a brief period in 1989. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Roosevelt University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Harper College.
