Marcia Mann

Marcia Mann possesses extensive experience in customer service and partner success management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Success Manager/Solutions Consultant at Propelus since June 2023, Marcia previously held various roles at CE Broker, including Partner Success Manager and Customer Service Representative, starting in September 2003. Prior to CE Broker, Marcia was self-employed as an IT Customer Service Contractor for the USPS from June 1996 to August 2003, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at UPS from April 1991 to May 1996. Marcia's educational background includes studies at Eastern Kentucky University during 1981-1982.
