Roman Kratochvíl has held various senior financial and management positions over a career spanning two decades. Currently serving as the Country Managing Partner at CE Industries since May 2021, Roman is leading new development initiatives. Previously, as Financial Director at JUUL Labs (June 2018 - 2021), Roman established a finance organization that facilitated the distribution of products to millions and implemented numerous strategic financial projects. Roman's experience also includes roles as CFO at multiple companies, where achievements included successful debt restructuring, cash flow management, and operational expansions. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
