Brian Pouliot

Brian Pouliot is an accomplished engineering executive currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at CE Solutions Inc. and supporting APEO Engineering & Architecture at PEO Aviation since February 2024. With extensive experience in software and systems engineering, Brian held key positions at Northrop Grumman, including Software Director and Chief Architect for Command and Launch, and has a strong background in interoperability programs and command and control systems with the Missile Defense Agency. Brian’s career began with software engineering roles at Northrop Grumman IT and General Dynamics, leading to senior technical roles in various organizations. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida.
