Gilles Caulier has extensive experience in software development and nuclear research, currently serving as the head of Real Time Data Acquisition at CEA CABRI Fission Reactor since January 2001, focusing on fission reactor security. Prior to this role, Gilles worked as a Full Stack Senior Software Development Engineer at the Institute for Magnetic Fusion Research (IRFM - Tore Supra Tokamak), managing real-time acquisition within the CODAC team. From September 2008 to July 2022, Gilles also taught Computer Science and Internet Technologies at Cnam Paca, covering topics such as Operating Systems and Data Structures. Earlier in his career, Gilles served as a Projects Manager at Mirion Technologies, Inc., overseeing electronic and software development for radiation protection devices. Gilles holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and has completed several other qualifications in Computer Science and Industrial Electronics.
