Philippe Barroy

Philippe Barroy currently serves as Chef de projet applicatif et data at CEA, where responsibilities include developing data strategy, coordinating data management initiatives, and implementing Power BI solutions. Previously, Philippe held the position of Chief Data Officer at Grenoble Ecole de Management, establishing data management services and governance structures, and enhancing data handling processes. Philippe's career began as an IT Project Manager at Sopra Group, managing large-scale projects, followed by roles at HSBC in technical integration and support, SIGA as a consultant for sales audit platforms, and Quaxar in systems administration. Philippe holds an engineering degree in Computer Sciences from UTBM and has completed additional studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
