Iliana Gonzalez

She was born and raised in a very small border town in Mexico. As a young kid, she nurtured an inquisitive curiosity for unfamiliar places and diverse cultures. She always dreamed about traveling around the world, so she set herself the goal to make this dream come true by studying abroad; however, living in a town with low economical resources, opportunities to study abroad were not accessible to students. Back then, her goals to go abroad seemed almost impossible to achieve.
