Monika Kaila

Monika Kaila has a diverse work experience in the field of chemistry. Monika started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined NAEJA Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Research Scientist, specializing in synthetic organic chemistry and the analysis of API purity. In 2009, Monika worked as a Synthetic Organic Chemist at the University of Alberta for a year. Monika then joined Radient Technologies Inc. in 2011 as a Senior Research/Analytical Chemist, where they worked until 2014. Currently, Monika works at Ceapro as a QC Chemist and Natural Product Extraction Research Scientist.

Monika Kaila completed their education in Medicinal Organic Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Monika pursued both their M.Sc and PhD degrees from 1996 to 2002.
