Dan Purcell - We’re Hiring

Dan Purcell is an experienced professional with a background in IT, project management, and engineering support. Dan has held various roles in the tech industry since 2012. Most recently, Dan was the Founder & CEO of Ceartas DMCA since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Support Engineer at Zendesk (2020) and a Senior Support Engineer at Facebook (2020). From 2019 to 2020, Dan was a Project Manager, External Workforce Services at Google and an IT Manager at ROTHCO | Accenture Interactive (2019). Before that, they were a Project Manager - Online & Platform Gaming at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. (2018), an Engineering Support Manager and Vendor Manager - Google Assistant at Google (2016-2018), and an Interim Sr. Director of IT and IT Operations Manager at Vendavo (2015-2016). Dan began their career as a Mac Genius and VIP Technical Support (Joint Venture) at Apple in 2012.

Dan Purcell has a varied educational background. Dan attended St. Eunan's College Letterkenny from 2000 to 2006 for their high school education. In 2007, they obtained a diploma in Psychology from Duquesne University. From 2020 to 2021, they attended UC Irvine for Project Management. Currently, Dan is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Griffith College Dublin and expects to graduate in 2024. Additionally, Dan has obtained several certifications, such as Dante Level 1 and 2 from Audinate in 2020, Apple Certified Technician for Pro Products in 2015, and Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10 (ACTC) in 2014. Dan also holds certifications in Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Life Support from the State of California-Emergency Medical Services Authority in 2013, Apple Certified iOS Technician in 2013, Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) in 2013, and Apple Certified Support Professional in 2013.
