Žilvinas Padolskas is an experienced leader in brand protection and operations management with more than a decade in the industry and over seven years in leadership roles. He is currently the Head of Brand Protection at Ceartas DMCA, where he oversees global strategy, enforcement operations, and cross-functional collaboration to protect clients across digital platforms. His previous experience includes serving as Site Leader and Senior Manager of Brand Operations at OpSec Security, Brand Analyst Supervisor at both MarkMonitor and OpSec, and Database Specialist at Western Union. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and is passionate about technology, innovation, and developing high-performing teams.
