Renji Issac serves as the Senior Vice President of Research & Development and Technology at CEAT Limited since April 2017, overseeing all product groups and the Center of Excellence in India. Prior to this role, Renji was Vice President of Product Development, leading teams focused on after-market and OEM product development. Renji's experience also includes working as Group Leader for EU OEM Projects at Apollo Tyres Global R&D Center BV from February 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included product development and homologation with EU and US OEMs. A long tenure at M/s Apollo Tyres Ltd from 1992 to 2013 culminated in the position of Divisional Head of Product Development, emphasizing high-performance tyre innovation for domestic and international markets. Renji holds a B Tech degree in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
