Prerna Pushpam

Prerna Pushpam is an experienced professional in digital banking and transformation, currently serving as AVP at RBL Bank since October 2021, focusing on program and change management. Prior to this role, Prerna held the position of Assistant Vice President and Project Manager for Technology Solutions at IndusInd Bank for a brief period in 2021. Prerna's career at HDFC Bank spanned from 2014 to 2021, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager within the Business Technology Group. Earlier experience includes working as a Functional Analyst at 3i Infotech (for ICICI Bank) from 2006 to 2014. Prerna holds a Bachelor in Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed Grade 12 in Science at Holy Cross School.
