Guillaume Policarpo

Guillaume Policarpo is currently the Industry 4.0 Program Manager at Cebi Group, responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of the Industry 4.0 program at the group level. Prior to this role, Guillaume worked as a Project Manager Industry 4.0, leading multiple projects in the same field. With previous experience in research projects related to Industry 4.0 and Smart Factories at Technologie-Initiative SmartFactory KL e.V., Guillaume also has experience in technical benchmarking at Daimler AG and lean management at Continental. Guillaume holds an Engineer Diploma in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz.
