Jose Franco B. Soberano

Franco Soberano joined Cebu Landmasters in 2010. In his capacity as EVP and COO, Franco directs the ground-up operations and leads the project delivery cycle from Acquisitions to Business Development, Technical Planning, Construction, Sales, Documentation, Customer Services, and Property Management. Franco has been instrumental in the company’s diversification and expansion efforts. After starting out as a residential builder, CLI’s developments now encompass a wide array of residential, office, retail, hospitality, mixed-use and township projects.
