Cindy Penilla-Lazaro has a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in cash and liquidity management, brokerage, audit, and municipal bonds analysis. Currently serving as Department Head in Treasury Operations Support at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, Cindy previously held positions at HSBC, DPC DATA Inc., Banco de Oro, Universal Bank, Inc., and PacificTech Solutions Inc. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Banking and Finance from Philippine School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Beda University.
