Jio J.

Jio J. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Community Organizer at Urban Poor Associates in 2010. They then worked as a Project Associate at Asian Institute of Management from 2011 to 2013. Jio J. also served as a Project Manager at Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation from 2013 to 2015 and at LifeBank Foundation, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. They later joined Property Company of Friends, Inc. as an Industry Analytics Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they interned as an MBA Intern, Performance Improvement at EY. Jio J. then worked as a Business Development Manager at Yoopies in 2020. They simultaneously joined foodpanda as a Senior Key Accounts Manager and later became a Senior Sales Projects Manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Jio J. holds the position of Head of Accounts Management at Cebuana Lhuillier Finance Corp., where they started in April 2022. In 2023, they transitioned to become the Head of Business Development, Alternative Investment Operations Division at the same company. Moreover, Jio J. is currently serving as the Retail Operations Head in the Jewelry Sales and Operations Division at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies as of September 2023.

Jio J. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from HEC Paris. Jio also holds a Master's Degree in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies from Ateneo de Manila University. In addition, they completed a Summer Program in Political Economy at The University of Hong Kong. Jio J. received their High School Diploma from La Salle Green Hills.

Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they received a certification in "Asymmetric Information, Trade and the Internet" from Coursera. In June 2019, they completed a course on "(Re)-invent your Business Model with the Odyssey 3.14 approach" from Coursera. Additionally, in May 2019, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp.
