Patricia Andrei is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CEC Bank since October 2021, Patricia is also the Founder of OYAKO, a platform focused on supporting parents through the challenges of parenting. Previously, Patricia held positions as Senior Consultant at Viitorul meu and Management Consultant in Human Capital, where expertise in human capital solutions and people strategies was developed. A significant tenure at ING Romania encompassed roles from Head of Human Resources to Lead of Global People Services Projects, showcasing leadership in HR functions and organizational development.
