Sophie Pierson

Sophie Pierson has extensive experience in sustainability, compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Chief Sustainability & Compliance Officer and Head of CSR & Compliance at RUBIS, Sophie previously held senior roles at TotalEnergies, including Deputy Head of Ethics & Human Rights and Senior Legal Counsel in the Compliance & CSR Legal Department. Additionally, Sophie contributes to academia as a lecturer in CSR, Compliance, and Business Ethics at Sorbonne. Involvement in the French CSR Platform's Business & Human Rights Working Group further demonstrates commitment to these critical issues. Sophie holds a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (CAPA) from EFB and completed additional studies at IRIS SUP'​.
