Darin Raibourn

Darin Raibourn, PLS has a diverse range of work experience in the field of surveying and engineering. Darin currently works at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as the Survey Practice Lead and Project Manager. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC for six years, where they were responsible for various project management duties including client communication, project scheduling, and invoicing. Darin also worked as a Surveyor and Office Manager at Delta Surveying & Engineering Company, where they handled office management tasks and oversaw various surveying projects. Additionally, they served as the Survey Field Crew Coordinator at Red Plains Surveying Company and as a Surveyor and Field Engineer at Silver Star Construction Company, Inc. In the early stages of their career, Darin worked as a CAD Technician at Mark Deal & Associates and Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC, where they processed raw field data and prepared final deliverables. Darin began their career as a CAD Technician at Perez Engineering, where they reviewed survey field notes and produced CAD drawing files. With over 20 years of experience, Darin has extensive knowledge and expertise in surveying and project management.

Darin Raibourn, PLS holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Surveying Technology/Surveying from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. Darin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma. Furthermore, they attended Edmond Memorial High School from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Land Surveyor certification from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in May 2006 and the Remote Pilot - Small Unmanned Aircraft System certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2018.
