Karlyn Boguslawski

Karlyn Boguslawski is an experienced leader in learning and organizational development with a strong background in creating and implementing professional development initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since October 2019, Karlyn has established the company’s first learning and development function and designed a Senior Leadership Development Program. Prior to this role, Karlyn was a Training and Development Specialist at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing various organizational development programs and training systems. Karlyn's earlier experience as a Training Specialist at WESCO Distribution involved improving talent management programs. Karlyn holds a BSBA in Management and Marketing from Duquesne University.
