Christine Zatalava is an experienced educational leader with a background in science and STEM instruction. Currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Cecil County Public Schools since July 2012, Christine focuses on supporting students, staff, and the community to enhance the educational experience. Previous roles include Acting Assistant Principal, where Christine developed professional development sessions and maintained a positive learning environment, and PreK-grade 12 STEM Instructional Coach, collaborating on curriculum implementation. Christine has extensive experience in various teaching and administrative positions across multiple school districts, including leadership roles such as Science Department Chairperson and Educator. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in School Leadership with a focus on STEM, Christine holds multiple degrees in biology and education from esteemed institutions.
