William Harris

William Harris serves as a Judge of the Orphans' Court for Circut Court in Cecil County since December 2018. In addition to judicial duties, William has been an Independent Associate with Legal Shield since September 1989, providing affordable legal services to individuals and businesses. Since January 2008, William has also held the position of Assistant Pastor at Wards Hill Baptist Church, fulfilling various administrative and teaching roles. As a Substitute Teacher for Cecil County Public Schools, William teaches U.S. History, Social Studies, Government, and Business. Previous experience includes leadership roles as Chief of Staff for both the Maryland Department of Human Resources and Delegate Kevin Hornberger, campaign coordination for Hogan For Governor, and service as County Coordinator for the Republican Club of Cecil County. William's early career included a ten-year tenure as National Credit Manager at Rollins Leasing Corp. Educational qualifications include a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity College of the Bible & Seminary and a BA in Public Administration from LaSalle University.
