Carla van Doornen

Carla van Doornen has extensive experience in education and management, with a career spanning over two decades. Carla has served as Unitmanager Jonge Kind & Primair Onderwijs and Senior Consultant M&O at CED-Groep since January 2000. Previous roles include Unitmanager and Interim Unitmanager for Primair Onderwijs, as well as Kennismanager for areas such as leerlingzorg and diagnostics at School aan Zet from September 2014 to June 2017. Carla contributed as a member of the project team for the Leerwinst and Toegevoegde Waarde initiative from August 2011 to June 2014, collaborating with various educational institutions. Earlier positions include (adjunct) director and psychologist at ZMOK Blokpoel and intern begeleider and leerkracht at Heemskerk, basisschool Rotterdam. Educational qualifications include a drs in psychology with a focus on education and development from Leiden University and a PABO degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
